Opencare is currently hiring a Paid Acquisition Specialist to support our rapid growth across North America. You’ll join a team of experienced performance marketers who are responsible for delivering scalable and profitable direct response campaigns across digital channels. More about the role

  • Your primary responsibility will be to support the Paid Acquisition team by leading the day-day operations of a six figure FB performance advertising budget
  • You will continuously optimize ad performance by analyzing large datasets and executing on new opportunities across multiple markets
  • You will test ad creative and copy in order to unlock new insights and improve account performance
  • You will conduct interviews with patients and prospects to understand the “why” behind specific ad performance
  • You will help improve the measurement and tracking of our ad campaigns by creating and managing custom reports
  • You will actively participate in the Facebook ideation process to generate new ideas for future growth
  • You will learn innovative digital marketing strategies from a team of experienced growth marketers who have successfully scaled multiple consumer tech businesses
  • You will connect with industry experts and mentors beyond Opencare to grow your ability as a performance marketer

About you

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a B2C digital marketing role;
  • You are highly analytical and enjoy working with large datasets in Excel;
  • You are very organized and enjoy working within a structured environment;
  • You have a deep curiosity for the way people behave and seek to understand why they make certain decisions;
  • You have a strong desire to develop the skills necessary to quickly become a successful digital marketer;
  • You learn by doing and asking questions of those around you;
  • You have a track record of being a top performer;
  • You are extremely detailed and quality oriented;
  • You have excellent communication skills, both spoken and written;

Bonus

  • You have experience managing and launching Facebook ads;
  • You have knowledge of SQL;
  • You have copywriting experience and want to continue developing in this area;
  • You can design ads that don’t look like a 5 year old made it;
  • You have experience working at a high growth startup;
