As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will report to the Head of Supply and you will be a key member of the Supply team which focuses on healthcare provider partnerships. You will be responsible to improve and scale our marketing processes and create new ones. Ultimately, you will leverage data and effectively manage our B2B marketing operations to help Opencare grow its market depth across North America.
More about the role
You will manage Opencare's existing B2B marketing programs while finding creative ways to scale them and optimize their output;
You will develop and execute new program ideas by using a data-driven, methodical testing approach;
You will handle a large amount of prospect and customer data and will be responsible to keep it organized in our CRM system;
You will coordinate and supervise the work of external contractors and vendors in order to ensure that Opencare's Sales & Marketing operations run smoothly;
You will track the marketing budget of the Supply team and you will ensure that every dollar is spent efficiently; and
You will report Sales & Marketing metrics to the Supply team and the rest of the company.
