Opencare is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to develop and execute offline marketing programs to support our growth in major cities across North America. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in performance-driven offline marketing to establish offline channels as a critical part of our marketing strategy.

More about the role

  • Your primary responsibility will be to drive profitable new patients to Opencare through paid offline channels;

  • You will work together with the Growth Manager to develop a comprehensive local offline strategy.

  • You will manage all aspects of the offline experiment roadmap and aggressively test a wide range of concepts across offline channels including direct mail, radio, OOH, and TV

  • You will build and manage vendor/agency relationships, ensuring delivery of business goals;

  • You will analyze large data sets to uncover opportunities for optimization and growth; and

  • You will present key findings and future plans to key internal stakeholders;




About you

  • You have at least 5 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years specifically running data-driven offline campaigns (i.e. direct mail, radio, TV, and OOH)

  • You have experience working with media and creative agencies to plan and buy offline media;

  • You have a proven track record of hitting aggressive performance targets;

  • You have a deep curiosity for brand building;

  • You have a knack for finding solutions to unsolvable problems;

  • You naturally come up with creative ideas that no one else considers;

  • You thrive on change and love working in a fast and growing environment;

  • You are hungry to continue growing as a marketer, and you have a plan for how to do it;

  • You are an extremely effective written and verbal communicator;

  • You have experience in brand marketing;

  • You have an intermediate knowledge of SQL;

  • You have worked closely on projects with PMs, designers, and engineers;
