As our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will report to the COO and be responsible for rapidly growing our high-calibre team.

More about the role:

  • Design a scalable, repeatable recruiting and hiring process at Opencare
  • Help us double our team in 2018, and then double again in 2019
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, craft the right role, and find the top candidates for it
  • Integrate technology and external sourcers to automate as much of your tasks as possible
  • Obsessively measure your process and metrics to ensure you are always improving
  • Promote and manage Opencare’s internal and external Employee Referral Program
  • Develop a unique, standout employer brand for Opencare
  • Raise our culture bar with every new hire

About you:

  • You are currently in a Senior Recruiter or Director of Recruiting role (or equivalent)
  • You have 5+ years of experience between agency and in-house; specifically recruiting for tech startups
  • You have demonstrated success hiring technical and non-technical roles
  • You make decisions based on data and are hyper-focused on process and metrics
  • You are skilled at sourcing candidates through varied channels, and leveraging technology to automate these tasks
  • You are a powerful storyteller that can sell the company vision in a compelling way
  • You are skilled at extracting role requirements from hiring managers
  • You have a track record of closing competitive candidates
  • You have experience building out and managing an ATS
  • You have a depth of technical understanding to evaluate technical candidates

  • Experience with TopGrading
  • Ran your own agency
  • Management experience
  • Experience sourcing senior level talent (director and above)
  • Previous experience building an employer brand strategy
