Opencare is hiring a Demand Generation Manager to support its rapid growth into new strategic markets. More about the role:

  • You will develop, own, and improve B2B marketing programs that directly contribute to Sales pipeline and company revenue
  • You will plan creative multi-touch campaigns that drive engagement with prospective customers and shorten the buying cycle
  • You will handle a paid acquisition budget to achieve your targets while maintaining optimal customer acquisition costs
  • You will collaborate with key stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to hit growth targets in each market
  • You will lead a pipeline of experiments that prioritize high-impact ideas
  • You will report on lead generation KPIs and campaign performance for each active market and channel
  • You will use marketing automation systems and tools to increase the output of our team
  • You will source and select new marketing solutions and vendors, from contract negotiations to full implementation

About you:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing within a technology company or a high growth startup
  • You have a deep understanding of demand generation through paid acquisition channels and how to effectively run a marketing funnel
  • You have firsthand experience working with multiple channels including direct mail, email marketing, digital advertising, trade shows, webinars, etc.
  • You understand the challenges associated with channel attribution and you are constantly looking for better ways to measure your campaigns
  • You have experience working directly with Sales to align programs with pipeline goals and to improve lead quality
  • You have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while improving existing campaigns
  • You love experimenting with new ideas and building new processes
  • You can easily explain the relationship between conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and return on investment
  • You use a data-informed approach to solve problems and improve things
  • You are highly creative and you demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • You enjoy a fast-paced environment and working on both strategy and tactics at the same time
