As an Account Executive at Opencare, you will be an integral part of the Supply team. You will be responsible for hitting aggressive sales targets by building new relationships with healthcare providers across Canada and the US. Ultimately, you will be leveraging your past Sales experience and your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to grow our market depth across multiple cities in North America.

More about the role

  • You will execute the Opencare Sales playbook that includes processes, scripts, and collaterals required to convert prospects;

  • You will work with Marketing to identify the warmest leads and convert them to our paid program;

  • You will work with Customer Success to ensure prospects pass the Opencare vetting process;

  • You will leverage Sales automation tools to achieve maximum efficiency;

  • You will track your Sales performance metrics and report them to the Supply team on a regular basis; and

  • You will meet personal Sales quotas as well as company targets.

About you:

  • You have 1+ years of professional experience as an Account Executive or in similar role;

  • You are naturally competitive, metrics obsessed and have a track-record of exceeding your sales targets;

  • You are analytical and seek to understand the root cause of problems by drawing conclusions based on data;

  • You have outstanding written and verbal communication skills;

  • You naturally build relationships based on trust;

  • You have experience working with Sales technology like CRM systems and Sales automation tools;

  • You maintain a positive attitude even when under high pressure to meet quotas;

  • You quickly pinpoint problems and come up with creative solutions to keep the action going;

  • You are always thinking about how to do things better;

  • You have worked on a small-to-medium size team; and

  • You have a valid driver’s license and are comfortable traveling up to 50% of your time.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience selling to SMBs;

  • Inside Sales background; and

  • Tech startup experience.
